The Light Linear (GPS: 5.36502, 100.31525) is a condominium complex within The Light Waterfront development in Gelugor, Penang. It comprises two 17-storey condominium blocks built by IJM Land Berhad on freehold reclaimed land and completed in end 2012.

The Light Linear Condominium offers a total of 328 units six different configurations, namely Types A, B, C, D, E and F. Built up area ranges from 1,475 sqft to 1,561 sqft. Units D, E and F come with open terraces. Each block consists of two adjoined towers with each tower having six units per floor.
