Residential Property Review: The Promenade

The Promenade (GPS: 5.3245, 100.2821) is a mixed development project in Bayan Baru developed by Lion Group. Previously known as D'Cascadium, it comprises a 5-storey podium and a 27-storey tower block over it. The residential component of the development is called Promenade Residence.

The Promenade is located beside Hotel Seri Malaysia and D'Piazza. The Promenade comprises a mixed development of shoplots and residential units on leasehold land within a single T-shaped block.

There are a total of 36 shoplots at The Promenade. They include 17 units of 2-storey shoplots, 13 units of 4-storey lots, 2 units of 5-storey lots and another 4 units of 5-storey lots.

There are a total of 336 residential units at Promenade Residence. They range in size from 847 sqft to 1,525 sqft and come in Types A, B, C, D, E, F and F1. Each unit comes with one car park lot.

The Promenade is 14.5 km to Komtar, 6.1 km to the Second Penang Bridge and 4.8 km to the Penang International Airport. It is more suitable for those working in Bayan Baru and the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone.

The nearest bus stop is on Jalan Mayang Pasir, served by Rapid Penang 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308 and 401.

Traffic along Persiaran Mahsuri is moderate but is expected to increase as a number of projects in the area are completed.
