Built by Aspen Group on freehold land, it comprises three blocks, Tower A, B and C, of which Tower A is an affording housing project. The regular units are in Towers B and C. Each regular unit has a built up area of 800 sqft, and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

29 May, 2014: State executive councillor for housing, Jagdeep Singh Deo, announced that units at Tri-Pinnacle will be made available from RM299,000. Details coming out puts the built-up area at 800 sqft, meaning each square foot will be priced from RM373 upwards. Aspen Group entered into an Islamic financial facilities agreement with Malaysia Building Society Berhad to find the Tri Pinnacle project.

Construction of Tri Pinnacle began at the end of 2014, and it was completed in 36 months. Interested buyers need to submit their registration forms to the Penang Housing Department at Komtar. They should register at Aspen's website (www.aspen.com.my). Those wanting to register for a unit here has to understand the requirements as stipulated at https://erumah.penang.gov.my
