Vertu Resort (GPS: 5.2382, 100.43821) is a condominium in Batu Kawan, Penang. Located on Persiaran Cassia Barat 5, it is part of Aspen Vision City, and is developed by Aspen Group with Kerjaya Prospekt. It is the second phase of the Aspen Vision City development (after Vervea), and the first residential development.

Vertu Resort comprises five blocks namely 20-storey Block A (239 units), 27-storey Block B (253 units), 27-storey Block C (207 units), 32-storey Block D (247 units) and 36-storey Block E (336 units).
