Vistaria Condominium (GPS: 5.3164, 100.2649) is a condominium complex comprising two 11-storey blocks in Desaria, Sungai Ara, Penang. Vistaria was completed in 2004 on freehold land. It has a total of 250 condo units with a built-up area of around 1,050 sqft each. Each condo unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two blocks are on a hill slope providing scenic views of the southeast part of Penang Island.

Vistaria Condominium is 18.1 km to Komtar. By Penang standard, it is very far from the city centre. If you work in the city, you better consider well if you wish to buy here. If you work in the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone, it is not that far, but still, compared to other places, it is quite remote. On the other hand, if you are looking for a place near to greenery and nature, and you want it to be on the south side of the island, then this place is for you.

Rapid Penang Bus No. 302, 305 and 308 pass through Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim. If you live at Vistaria Condo, it is is unlikely that you will depend on public transport, but if you do, then you have a very long walk to the nearest bus stop every day.

The nearest schools include Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Chong Cheng, Sekolah Menengah Sungai Ara and Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan Chong Cheng and Sekolah Kebangsaan Mutiara Perdana. The nearest market is the Desa Ria Market in Desaria as well as the Sungai Ara Market. The bigger market in the area is the Bayan Baru Market. The nearest shopping centres include Sunshine Square and Giant Hypermarket. The nearest petrol stations include the Shell in Bayan Lepas town and the Esso, Caltex and Shell in Bayan Baru. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.

Traffic situation at Vistaria Condominium

Traffic along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim is heaviest between the Sungai Ara village and the junction of Jalan Kenari. The junction of Jalan Bayan and Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim is a source of congestion, especially during rush hour, when traffic queues can slow traffic to a crawl.
