Waterside Residence (GPS: 5.36849, 100.31529) is a condominium complex in The Light Waterfront, in Gelugor, Penang. Developed by IJM Land, it comprises three towers namely 33-storey Tower A, 25-storey Tower B and 17-storey Tower C. The project is on freehold land off Jalan Pantai Sinaran. It is the first property to be developed within Phase Two of The Light Waterfront development.

There is a total of 256 units here built on a 4.3-acre plot. The project was completed at the 3rd quarter of 2020. Units here have a built up area ranging from 1055 sqft to 1270 sqft.
