My wife had some puff pastry left which we have not had a chance to use up for a while. So this weekend, she decided to finish them by making some curry puffs. Yesterday we went to the Jelutong Market to buy potatoes and sweet potatoes. My wife told me that adding sweet potatoes to curry puffs make them more tasty, as they add sweetness to the puffs. She also bought some curry leaves. We were also making some bak chang this weekend.

I asked her, "Are the curry leaves for the bak chang you're making?" and she looked at me in shock. Which shows how little I know of cooking. They are for the curry puffs, of course.

Our curry puffs were finally ready to be eaten by 2:00pm Sunday afternoon, just nice for tea time. Now, if you'd excuse me, I'm off to the kitchen to make me a nice cup of coffee to eat with my curry puffs!
