Each apartment unit is 850 sqft in size. There are eight units per floor. Estimated selling price is between RM220,000 and RM280,000.

You can use the coastal expressway to quickly reach the city, but that would not be a good option for evening rush hour, particularly on Fridays, when commuters rush to use the Penang Bridge.

The nearest school is Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan Min Sin at the junction of Persiaran Bukit Jambul with Jalan Tun Dr Awang. Other schools include Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan Shih Chung (Cawangan), Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Kwang Hwa and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sungai Nibong. The nearest market is the Lip Sin Market. The nearest shopping mall is Bukit Jambul Complex. The nearest petrol station is the Esso at Bukit Jambul Complex. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.

Traffic situation at Desa Golf

Traffic along Persiaran Bukit Jambul is heavy during the morning and evening rush hour. The road is very congested in the morning, with motorist travelling down the road from Paya Terubong and Relau. The number of traffic lights along Jalan Tun Dr Awang further slows down traffic.
