Design Village (GPS: 5.24511, 100.43862) is the first outlet mall in Penang. It is located on the west side of Jalan Bandar Cassia 2, Bandar Cassia in Batu Kawan, Seberang Perai, about 1.7km from the Bandar Cassia Interchange (Exit 2801). The mall opened to the public on the evening of Wednesday, 23 November, 2016, at 6:00pm.
