E-Park is in Batu Uban, which is like an island surrounded by major roads. Due to the high density and inadequate parking space, many tenants of neighbouring blocks park their vehicles along the roadside outside their condominium. Nevertheless traffic is smooth except during the evening rush hour, when traffic congestion from the Penang Bridge often spills onto the two aforementioned major roads.
