The Muslim Holy Month of Ramadhan is around the corner, and
Eastin Hotel Penang has put together a colourful
tour de force to showcase its chefs' gastronomic prowess. This year's theme is
Warna Warni Ala Kampung. Helmed by the hotel's Executive Sous Chef, Chef Mohd Azni Bin Mohd Yunus, it offers an extensive range of "kampung" delicacies. The buffet itself will run from 18 May until 14 June 2018, from 7:00pm to 10:30pm. It is priced at
RM120 nett per adult, RM69 nett for senior citizen and
50% off normal price for
child aged 6-11 years old. The hotel is also selling on a first come first served basis, a number of Early Bird vouchers for this buffet, at just
RM100 nett per person, while stock lasts.

Warna Warni Ala Kampung Food Review
My wife and I join our friends of the local social media community to help Eastin Hotel Penang launch its Warna Warni Ala Kampung buffet, at a review on 19 April, 2018. The hotel's signature restaurant, Swez Brasserie, was all decked out for the occasion. We had a joyous evening, not only to enjoy the company of our fellow bloggers, but also to relish the delicious food that Eastin has put together.
There's so much food to try, I can honestly tell you my stomach was not big enough for everything. So, I selected only the items I enjoy - and enjoyed them I did! Among the items that comes to mind right now included the Kambing Panggang BBQ, Sup Gearbox Utara, Udang Masak Tempoyak, Chicken Pomodoro, just to name a few. Better still, let me show you the dishes at the food review.
It was a lovely dinner. Once again, I ate more than I should. Both my wife and I are so thankful to Eastin Hotel Penang for the privilege of enjoying this lovely meal. I am sure when the actual Ramadhan buffet starts, all the guests are going to have a terrific time at Eastin Hotel Penang!
