Eastin Hotel Penang's Chinese New Year Buffets (14 January 2019)
With Chinese New Year 2019 fast approaching, Eastin Hotel Penang has made a big splash for the coming celebrations. Several buffets have been lined up for the occasion.
There will be a Family Reunion Buffet Dinner happening on Monday, 4 February, 2019, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and is priced at RM138 nett adult. On Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 & 6 February, 2019, there will be a Buffet Lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm, priced at RM98 nett adult. Also on Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 & 6 February, 2019, there will be a Buffet Dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, priced at RM118 nett. For all the above meals, senior citizen enjoys a 25% discount while child aged 6-11 enjoy 50% discount.
In addition to the buffets, Eastin Hotel Penang is also having a Yee Sang Take Away from 22 January to 19 February, 2019. There are three choices: Abalone Yee Sang at RM188 nett, Salmon Fillet Yee Sang at RM158 nett and Jellyfish Yee Sang at RM128 nett.
And finally, Eastin Hotel Penang also has a Special Liquour Package, available 4-6 February from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at RM380 nett per bottle of premium liquor with free flow mixer. Among the liquor available includes JW Black Label, Tito's Handcrafted Vodka, Jose Cuervo Silver or Gold Tequila, and Bombay Sapphire Gin.

My wife and I were esctatic to be invited to preview the food that Eastin Hotel Penang has prepared for Chinese New Year. It is truly a showcase of some of the most luxurious Chinese dishes, with items such as the Poon Choi, with lots of highly prized items including abalone and scallops. Also available, and personally served to us, are the snow crab legs.
