Eastin Deluxe RoomEastin Deluxe Room (21 April 2017)

On 21st and 22nd April, 2017, my wife and I had the great pleasure of enjoying a review stay at Eastin Hotel Penang. The 4-star business-class hotel is located in the Queensbay coast of Bayan Lepas, at the gateway to the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, which offers it ready catchment of guests.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were met by the hotel's Marketing Communications Executive, Miss Jeyaranjenee, and the Senior Sales Manager, Mr Nicholas Lim, and were taken on a room and facilities tour. Among the facilities we visited were the gymnasium, the swimming pool, the meeting rooms, the lobby lounge, the Swez Brasserie and the Executive Lounge.

The room given to us was the very comfortable Eastin Deluxe room. It is a suite with two separate toilets. From the front door, we enter to a living room, with its own television set, couch and writing desk. The bedroom is separate from there, through a door. In the bedroom, there is another television set. That way, my wife and I can watch separate television sets and not disturb each other. The ensuite bathroom is also very spacious. It has both a shower cubicle and a bathtub.

Our stay at Eastin Hotel is so relaxing and much too short. We had our dinner in the main restaurant Swez Brasserie, and the following morning, our breakfast at the Executive Lounge. We had the opportunity to swim in its pool.

Let me show you photos I took during our stay.

About this website

Dear visitor, thank you so much for reading this page. My name is Timothy Tye and my hobby is to find out about places, write about them and share the information with you on this website. I have been writing this site since 5 January 2003. Originally (from 2003 until 2009, the site was called AsiaExplorers. I changed the name to Penang Travel Tips in 2009, even though I describe more than just Penang but everywhere I go (I often need to tell people that "Penang Travel Tips" is not just information about Penang, but information written in Penang), especially places in Malaysia and Singapore, and in all the years since 2003, I have described over 20,000 places.

While I try my best to provide you information as accurate as I can get it to be, I do apologize for any errors and for outdated information which I am unaware. Nevertheless, I hope that what I have described here will be useful to you.
