Offenbach am Main is a city in the administrative region of Darmstadt, in Hesse, Germany. It is adjacent to Frankfurt am Main, on the southern bank of the River Main.
Offenbach am Main covers 44.90 sq km (17.34 sq mi) and has a population of 120,000 people (2012 estimate). Its history goes back to AD 770. Due to its proximity to Frankfurt, Offenbach became a popular business location. It is particularly renowned as a center for the leather industry (though this has since declined in recent decades). Other industries in the area included cigar making.

How to go to Offenbach am Main
Offenbach am Main is located diagonal to Frankfurt am Main, on the south side of the River Main. You can easily reach it by taking the S-Bahn from Frankfurt.
