The
Western Greece Periphery (Δυτική Ελλάδα), or simply West Greece, is one of the thirteen regions of Greece. As suggested by its name, it is located on the western part of the country.

Western Greece Periphery covers 11,350 sq km (4,382 sq mi) and has a population of about 755,000 (2011 estimate). The peripheral capital is the city of Patras. The periphery is further divided into three prefectures.
