Sils im Engadin/Segl is a municipality in the canton of Graubünden, in the eastern part of
Switzerland. Located at an elevation of 1,803 m (5,915 ft), it covers 63.57 sq km (24.54 sq mi) and has a population of 750 people (2012 estimate). Sils im Engadin is the German name of the municipality while Segl is the Romansh name. It is officially written as Sils im Engadin/Segl.
Sils im Engadin/Segl is located in the Maloja district in the Upper Engadin Valley. It is between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana. Looming over the village are the peaks of Piz Corvatsch and Piz da la Margna while further down from the village is the Fex valley.
The majority of the people in Sils im Engadin/Segl speak German as their mother tongue (59.4%). Another 15.4% speak Italian and 12% speak Romansh, with Romansh usage continously being in decline.

Sils im Engadin/Segl is located to the southwest of
St Moritz. From St Moritz, take Route 27 until Silvaplana, then continue south on Route 3 to reach the village.
