Parliament Square is the roundabout in front of the Palace of Westminster in London. It stands as the first roundabout, not only in London, but in the whole of Britain.
Parliament Square was laid out in the 1840's and became Britain's first official roundabout in 1926. Around Parliament Square are statues of famous people including Winston Churchill and Abraham Lincoln.
How to reach Parliament Square
Take the Circle Line, District Line or Jubilee Line of the London Underground to the Westminster Tube Station.
