Sudbury Town Station (GPS: 51.5509, -0.31555) is a station of the London Underground in Sudbury, in the
London Borough of Brent. The station is in Travelcard Zone 4. It is reached on Station Approach off Bridgewater Road and Station Crescent off Allendale Road, and can also be reached from the other side of the tracks, at Orchard Gate. It is 350 meters north of the Sudbury & Harrow Road National Rail station.
Sudbury Town Tube Station is served by the Uxbridge branch of the
Piccadilly Line between
Alperton Tube Station (heading towards
Cockfosters Tube Station) and
Sudbury Hill Tube Station (heading towards
Rayners Lane or
Uxbridge).
Sudbury Town Tube Station began operating in 1903 for the District Line, which was then known as the Metropolitan District Railway. The Piccadilly Line began serving the station in 1932, replacing the District Line between Ealing Common and South Harrow.
