The
London Borough of Barnet is a borough of Greater London. It is located on the northern part of London, and is one of the boroughs of Outer London. It covers 86.74 sq km (33.5 sq mi) and has a population of 332,000 (2011 estimate).
The London Borough of Barnet borders the London Borough of Harrow and the London Borough of Brent to the west, London Borough of Camden and London Borough of Haringey to the southeast, and the London Borough of Enfield to the east. The borough was created in 1965 by merging parts of the counties of Middlesex and Hertfordshire.
