Cardinal Place is a mixed development of mall and offices. It is located along
Victoria Street, near the
Victoria Station, and across the road from
Westminster Abbey. Cardinal Place comprises three separate buildings with a total floor area of a million square feet.
Cardinal Place was completed in December 2004. It was built at a cost of £200 million directly over the District Line and Circle Line tunnels of the London Underground. To prevent vibration from the trains passing through the tunnels, the buildings are propped on rubber shock absorbers.
Of the lettable space, 550,000 square feet is taken up by office space and another 100,000 square feet occupied by retail space, with the anchor tenant being a Marks & Spencer store.
How to reach Cardinal Place
Take the Circle Line, District Line or
