Hornchurch Station, London

Hornchurch Station (GPS: 51.55407, 0.21905) is a station of the London Underground in Hornchurch, within the London Borough of Havering. The station is in Travelcard Zone 6, between the Elm Park Tube Station and Upminster Bridge Tube Station.

Hornchurch Tube Station was first opened in 1885 for the London, Tilbury and Southend Railway. It was electrified in 1932 for the District Line when it was extended from Barking Tube Station to Upminster Tube Station.
