Queen Anne's Gate, London
Queen Anne's Gate is a street in the
City of Westminster, London. It is noted for its spacious terraced houses on the western end built in 1704 and still well preserved today. On the eastern end of Queen Anne's Gate are houses built some 70 years later.
Among the famous people who have stayed on this street included Lord Palmerston, a British prime minister during the Victorian period.
How to reach Queen Anne's Gate
Take the Circle Line or District Line to the
St James's Park Tube Station on
the Broadway and walk a short distance from there.
