Sea Life London Aquarium has the largest collection of aquatic life in the capital of the United Kingdom. It is located on the ground floor of County Hall, on the South Bank of the River Thames. It is owned by Merlin Entertainments, which also runs the London Eye nearby.

The Sea Life London Aquarium was first opened in March 1997. After a period of refurbishment in 2008, the attraction reopened in April 2009 as part of the Sea Life Centre chain of aquariums. Among the new attractions added to the aquarium includes Shark Walk.

How to reach Sea Life London Aquarium

Take the Bakerloo Line, Jubilee Line or Northern Line to Waterloo Line and walk a short distance from there. (see map on this page).

The facility is open Sundays to Thursdays from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with last entry at 6:00 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, with last entry at 7:00 pm. Tickets for adults/children are priced at £16.20/£11.25 if purchased online and £18/£12.50 if purchased on the spot.
