Wimpole Street is a street in the City of Westminster, London. It is a one way street running from south to north. It starts at the junction with Henrietta Place, and continues as Upper Wimpole Street after the intersection with Weymouth Street. Upper Wimpole Street ends at the intersection with Devonshire Street, and continues thereafter as Devonshire Place.

Wimpole Street forms intersections with Wigmore Street, Queen Anne Street, New Cavendish Street and Weymouth Street. It also forms a junction with Welbech Way.

Wimpole Street is associated with the medical profession in that a number of private medical practices and medical associations are located along the street. The street is the home of a number of celebrities as well as have been featured in a number of plays.

1 Wimpole Street houses the Royal Society of Medicine. It is an Edwardian baroque house completed in 1912. The architect is John Belcher.

27a Wimpole Street is a fictitious address that was given as that of Henry Higgins in the Bernard Shaw play Pygmalion, and later readopted as the musical My Fair Lady.

32 Wimpole Street houses The Prostate Centre, a primate men's health clinic, which opened in 2006.

57 Wimple Street was once the home of Paul McCartney when he was having a relationship with Jane Asher in 1964-66. This was where he and John Lennon wrote "I Want To Hold Your Hand:, and also where he wrote the tune to "Yesterday". 64 Wimpole Street houses the British Dental Association.

94 Wimple Street was where the toy shop Paul & Marjorie Abbatt was established in 1932. The shop allows children to touch and play with the displayed toys.
