Precinct 1 comprises twenty 5-storey condominium blocks with a total of 210 units. Each unit has a built-up area of 1,510 sqft with 3+1 bedrooms, The ground floor units have a built up area of 1,752 sqft with a private garden.

Precinct 2, also called Ferringhi Residence 2 comprises 3 tower blocks. Tower A is a 10-storey condominium with 124 units. Tower B is a 32-storey condominium with 478 units while Tower C is a 4-storey condominium with 30 units.
