Fine 500 For Littering, Sterilize Instead (GPS: 5.41355, 100.33905) is an art installation in George Town, Penang. It is located along Armenian Street Ghaut, near the junction of Victoria Street, just outside the CF Food Court.

The "Fine 500 For Littering, Sterilize Intead" artwork is meant to discourage people from disposing of unwanted pets and to instead sterialize their pet to prevent unwanted litter. It depicts two cats made of coloured wires. The artwork is the sixth of eleven art pieces created by ASA (Artists for Stray Animals) for the 101 Lost Kittens project, in conjunction with the 2013 George Town Festival.
