Meat & Seafood BBQ Saturday Dinner Buffet, Flamingo Hotel By The Beach (6 October 2018)

Flamingo Hotel By The Beach Penang has just launched their Meat & Seafood BBQ Saturday Buffet Dinner on 6 October, 2018. My wife and I were privileged to be invited to review it.

The Meat & Seafood BBQ Saturday Buffet Dinner is happening every Saturday. It is priced at RM88 nett (adult) and RM48 nett (child between 4 and 11 years and senior 60 and above). For a limited time, there is a Buy 1 Free 1 offer for the adult fare. The buffet is from 7:00pm to 10:30pm.

What we had last night

One thing I could see is that Flamingo Hotel has improved on its buffets in the past few months. I am not the only one noticing it. Judging from the crowds they managed to get almost every week, I believe they have adjusted well on the food offered as well as the pricing. It was full house last night when we were there.

The food was arrayed in the split-level dining hall as well as along the corridor outside. In the main section are the savoury dishes, including the breads and soups. The ice cream is also at one corner there. On the lower level are the seafood on ice, kerabu, cheese, cold cuts, sushi, cakes, kuih, pastries, puddings, and fruits, among others. Outside, along the corridor are the barbecued and grilled items, including the satay.
