Ah Hai Koay Teow Thng (GPS: 5.41657, 100.33256) is a popular koay teow thng stall on Kimberley Street, in George Town, Penang. It operates from a food van near the junction of Cintra Street. According to the stall, it has been selling since 1968. This is an instantly cooked koay teow thng, meaning every bowl is individually cooked. Among the ingredients include egg, minced meat, fish cake and liver.

I had a chance of eating the Ah Hai Koay Teow Thng on Sunday, 8 December 2024, because my usual stall, the Super Star Koay Teow Thng, which recently won a Michelin star for 2024, was not selling. As it turned out, I enjoyed the Ah Hai Koay Teow Thng just as much, even though it is different from Super Star Koay Teow Thng.
