Hui Wang Cafe (GPS: 5.38932, 100.31209) is a coffee shop in Jelutong, Penang. Located along Ipoh Lane, it is one of the coffee shops near the Jelutong Market, and thus it is open in the morning during market hours. The coffee shop was popularly known as the "Under the Big Tree Coffee Shop" until it has taken over by new management in October 2020.

My visits to Hui Wang Cafe

I ate at Hui Wang Cafe for the first time on 31 October 2020 when we went to Jelutong Market for our morning marketing. I ordered the Fried Jawa Mee while my wife ordered the Koay Teow Thng and the Half Boiled Egg with Toast. The Fried Jawa Mee is nothing to shout about. I tried my wife's order of Koay Teow Thng and much prefers that. The toast with half-boiled egg is okay.
