Loh Kei Duck Meat Koay Teow Thng (GPS: 5.42373, 100.31724) is a koay teow thng stall operating within the compound of the State Chinese (Penang) Association at Perak Road, in George Town, Penang. It is a stall on the left side of the building (on the other side from Ang Hoay Lor restaurant). Run by a couple, Celine Oh and her husband Ha Hoi Suin, it has been operating here since 2016. This is the successor of the popular koay teow thng stall at the Pulau Tikus Market operated by the wife's rather since 1983. The wife took over the running of the stall in 2014, and moved it to the State Chinese (Penang) Association compound in 2016.
