Fook Cheow Cafe (GPS: 5.42142, 100.32854) is a Chinese coffee shop along Hutton Lane, in George Town, Penang. It is at the Amoy Lane junction, across the street from Nam Seng Hotel.

Fook Cheow Cafe is probably best known for its koay teow thng which is famous for its homemade fish balls. I have tried it only once. The coffee shop is quite crowded. The koay teow thng has run out of meat, so we were given extra fish balls. Having tried it, I would say that the fish balls to be quite soft and nice, but that's about it. There is another stall selling bakchang and chee cheong fun.

Getting there

There is no bus routes in the immediate vicinity, so the most practical way to reach it is by your own transport.
