Fortune Court (GPS: 5.39891, 100.28805) are five blocks of five-storey apartments in the Farlim township of Ayr Itam. The blocks are on lot 288 along Jalan Thean Teik. It is a mixed development built on leasehold land in 1998, with the first two levels given to commercial outlets. There is a total of 189 apartment units here. Each unit here has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a built-up area of between 990 sqft to 1040 sqft.
