GEM Megamall (GPS: 5.38059, 100.39654) is a shopping mall being developed by the Belleview Group in Prai, Penang. It will occupy a 11.32-acre plot off Jalan Baru, Prai next to GEM Residences and a 4-star hotel. The shopping mall will have 6 levels of shopping. There will be about 450 shop outlets and 2,800 parking bays.

GEM Megamall will have 1.2million sqft of lettable space. Of this, 216,000 sqft will go to its anchor tenant, SOGO Department Store, which will be the first in the northern region of Malaysia, and will also be the largest in the country. GEM Megamall will also have the largest Golden Screen cineplex, with 20 screens, and an Olympic-sized ice skating rink. There will be a 50,000-square-foot supermarket, a 38-lane bowling alley, a fitness centre and a food court, among others.
