George Town World Heritage Incorporated (GTWHI) (GPS: 5.41569, 100.33564 ) is a company set up to manage the heritage conservation within George Town, Penang. It is housed at 116 & 118 Acheen Street. The GTWHI is responsible for the management, monitoring and promotion of the George Town World Heritage Site, and is itself located within the World Heritage Site core zone. The intention is to turn George Town into an intelligent with a sustainable heritage that belongs to all humanity.

George Town World Heritage Incorporated works with many partners and collaborators to enture that the purpose of World Heritage inscription is understood. Various stakeholders make use of this office, among them conservation specialists, historians, art practitioners and others working towards the conservation and management of the World Heritage Site.

George Town World Heritage Incorporated provides its expertise of owners of properties, particularly heritage properties within the World Heritage Site, as well as to architects and builders. It regularly conducts skills development workshops, and serves as a resource centre and online archive for issues related to the city. The centre also organises talks and other activities that engage the involvement of children and students, from primary schools right up to institutions of higher learning.

The building that presently houses the office of George Town World Heritage Incorporated was previously the Penang Heritage Centre, until it changed its name to the present on 21 April, 2010. The heritage centre was initially housed in the Syed Alatas Mansion, which later housed the Penang Islamic Museum. In August 2002, it was moved next door, to the corner lot between Carnavon Street and Armenian Street. This corner building once housed the clinic of Dr Ong Huck Chye, who was also a Municipal Commissioner during the 1930's.
