Girl On A Turtle (5.41888, 100.33489) is a mural on the western wall of Chulia Mansion Hotel. For the first time, it is a joint collaboration between two mural artists: the now imminent Lithuanian mural artist Ernest Zacharevic, who has done a number of murals in George Town, and Argentinian mural artist, Martin Ron, who did the first major mural on Penang Mainland, the Man and Turtles Mural.

The Girl On A Turtle mural depicts a young girl riding on the back of a sea turtle. It combines the forte of the two artists, with Zacharevic rendering the girl subject while Ron did the sea turtle. The mural was completed on the last week of March, 2015.
