GLOW Penang's Sunday Buffet Brunch (1 July 2018)

Sunday Buffet Brunch is a buffet brunch at GLOW Penang. As its name suggests, it happens every Sunday, from 11:45am to 2:00pm. The brunch attracts quite a number of people, as Sunday is usually the time when people want to take a rest from cooking. Also, it does help that the price of this buffet brunch is just RM30 per adult, RM18 for senior citizen aged 55 years and above and child aged 6-12 years. The Sunday Buffet Brunch is held at Zest Cafe, the main dining outlet of GLOW Penang. My wife and I were pleased to get to try it yesterday. We were told to arrive at Zest Cafe early if we want to take photos of the food, as the guests usually come early. We arrived around 11:30am. Sure enough, people have already come for the buffet. However, we were allowed in before the rest of them, so that we could take photos of the food.

As I saw more and more people arriving, I felt there was really no need for me to promote this buffet, as it was pretty much selling itself. Nevertheless, since we were invited to the meal, I am going to write about it anyway. One thing I can tell you is, you get what you pay for. So, please do not compare this with buffets that cost three or four times. Nevertheless, it is a good opportunity for families to come together on Sunday without someone having to toil in the kitchen.
