Kompleks Makanan Padang Tembak (GPS: 5.41047, 100.29019) is a hawker centre in Rifle Range, Penang. Located off Jalan Boundary, it is an elongated split-level structure that extends all the way to the Rifle Range Market.

Kompleks Makanan Padang Tembak comprises two levels. The ground floor section has hawker stalls on either sides of the central passage. The section closest to the main road has Muslim stalls as well as a vegetarian stall. This is followed by Chinese hawker stalls, representing most of the common Chinese hawker food of Penang. After than, there is another section of Muslim stalls followed by a bazaar selling clothes closest to the wet market.

Running parallel to the ground floor is a lower-ground section on the side. This narrow section has stalls only one one side. There are a few Chinese medical halls here, along with a miscellaneous collection of non-food stalls.
