Heong Giap Paper & Stationery Sdn Bhd is a stationery wholesale business in George Town, Penang. It occupies a row of shophouses in Malay Street. These shophouses were once the original premises of Chung Ling School in the early 20th century, when the school was newly founded.

Heong Giap had its own start in 1979 at the Khoo Kongsi premises. Since then, it has relocated to Malay Street, becoming one of the biggest dealers in paper products.
