  5. Chor Soo Kong's Birthday: Chor1 Soo3 Kong3-eh3* Snaeh3 Jit1 [tsɔ-su-kɔŋ-e-sɛ̃-dzit] CN: 祖師公的生日, feast day of the Snake Temple deity, on the 7th day of the 1st lunar month

  6. Jade Emperor's Birthday: Thni3 Kong3 Snaeh1 [sin-tsiã-sɛ̃] CN: 天公人, 9th day of the first lunar month

  7. Birthday of the God of Prosperity: Tua33 Pek1 Kong1-eh3 Snaeh3 Jit1 [tua-pɛʔ-kɔŋ-e-sɛ̃-dzit] CN: 大伯公的生日, on the 9th day of the 1st lunar month

  8. Feast Days of the Goddess of Mercy: Kuan3 Im3 Snaeh1 [kuan-im-sɛ̃] CN: 觀音生, on the 19th day of the 2nd, 6th and 9th lunar months

  9. Fifteenth Night: Chap3 Goh33 Meh2* [tsap-gɔ-mɛ] CN: 十五暝, literally "the fifteenth night", on the 15th evening of the 1st lunar month

  10. Tomb Sweeping Day: Cheng3 Beng2 [tsheŋ-beŋ] CN: 清明, literally "pure and bright", on the 15th day after the Spring Equinox, corresponding to around 4-5 April.

  11. Wesak Day: Hood1-eh Snaeh3 Jit1 [hud-e-sɛ̃-dzit] CN: 佛的生日, on the 15th day of the 4th lunar month.

  12. Hungry Ghost Festival: Teong3 Guan3 Cek3 [tiɔŋ-guan-tseʔ] CN: 中元節, on the entire 7th lunar month

  13. Rites of the Dead: Phor1 Tor33 [phɔ-tɔ] CN: 普渡, during the Hungry Ghost Festival

  14. Mid Autumn Festival: Teong3 Chiu3 Cek3 [tiɔŋ-tshiu-tseʔ] CN: 中秋節, on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month

  15. Nine Emperor Gods Festival: Kew1 Ong3 Ya2 [kiu-ɔŋ-ja] CN: 九皇爺, on the 9th day of the 9th lunar month

  16. Winter Solstice: Tang3 Cek3 [taŋ-tseʔ] CN: 冬節, on the 21st or 22nd day of December
