Hompton By The Beach Hotel (GPS: 5.46358, 100.30517), or commonly known as Hompton Hotel Penang, is a 4-star hotel in Tanjong Tokong, Penang. Located on Jalan C.M. Hashim, it opened on 1 May, 2018.

Hompton Hotel offers 240 well-appointed rooms and suites of varying sizes and types. These are located on the upper levels, from the 12th to the 32nd floor, providing guests with exclusivity and privacy. There are three types of rooms: the 280 sqft Deluxe Seaview Room, the 528.5 sqft Premium Suite, and the 707 sqft two-bedroom Family Suite. All rooms are equipped with wifi, 43-inch smart TV, safe, study table, minibar fridge, coffee and tea, iron, weighing scale, umbrella, bathrobe, slipper, hair dryer, toiletries and rainforest shower.

The main entrance is on the ground floor but the lobby is on the 11th floor. There are two dining outlets: Elementos on the ground floor and Spice Garden on the 11th.

Hompton By The Beach is within walking distance of Lotus's Tanjung Pinang hypermarket (700m), while Straits Quay Marina Mall is a little further away (1.4km). It is just next to the Penang Chinese Swimming Club. The nearest bus stop along Jalan Tanjong Tokong is served by bus 101, 102 and 103.
