Hotel Neo+ Penang occupies the 20-storey building that was formerly Hotel Grand Continental. The first hotel of the Indonesia-based Aston International Hotels, Hotel Neo+ Penang has 196 rooms, configured as Standard Room, Superior Room, Family Room and Suite. The new hotel opens in February, 2015, and positions itself as part of the bubbling art precinct that includes Hin Bus Depot across the road.

The swimming pool of Hotel Neo+ Penang is at the roof top, on the 25th floor of the building. It is possibly one of the highest hotel swimming pools in George Town. You can get nice views of the George Town skyline from here.
