Dilmah Tea-Infused Buffet is a buffet dinner at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang. Available on Fridays and Saturdays, from 1 August until 31 October, 2018, this is a special buffet dinner where a selection of signature items are infused with different types of Dilmah Tea.
Among the dishes prepared specially for this buffet include Daging Bakar Peppermint Tea, English Breakfast Tea Petola Tumis Air, Stir Fried Ginger Beef with Earl Grey Tea, Chinese Lemon Tea Chicken, Peppermint Tea Lamb Rogan Josh and Masala Tea Spinach Kuttu.
The Dilmah Tea-Infused Buffet is available at RM99 nett per adult and RM49 nett per child. Free flow of beer and wine is also available at extra charge.
