What's The Catch Seafood Buffet Review
My wife and I had the privilege of enjoying What's The Catch seafood buffet during a recent food review. What we had that evening is just a subset of the meals that guest will get to enjoy.
The items that evening comes from the restaurant's Indian Kitchen, Chinese Kitchen and Malay Kitchen, together offering an Asian smorgasbord of dishes. From the Indian Kitch, there was Asian Seabass Tikka, marinated Asian seabass or siakap with aromatic spices, cooked in a tandoor oven, and served with mint chutney) and Kanava Madras, stuffed squid with minced seafood and Indian spices served with tomato chutney. From the Chinese Kitchen, we enjoyed Stir Fried Mussel with Mongolian Sauce and fragrance wok fried green-lip mussel with Chef's special Mongolian sauce, Black Pepper Crab, flame wok crab with Chef's homemade sauce. The Malay Kitchen brought us Ikan Bakar Air Assam/Cili Kicap, banana leaf wrapped marinated asian seabass (siakap) served with authentic tamarind sauce and soy chilli, and Udang Bakar with Percik Sauce, hot-seared prawns with homemade percik sauce.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
