Preview of Hard Rock Hotel Penang's Christmas Buffet

My wife and I were so delighted to be given the opportunity to preview the Christmas buffet spread prepared by Hard Rock Hotel Penang yesterday, Tuesday, 13 November, 2018. The preview was held at their signature restaurant, Starz Diner. The restaurant has arrayed a large variety of food for us to try, from savoury stuff to sweet delights to entice our ever discerning palate. And of course, a Christmas buffet would not be complete without a Roasted Turkey and Spiced Chestnut Bread Stuffing with Giblet Gravy.

Highlights from the Christmas menu include Smoked Pumpkin, Saffron & Hokkaido Scallop Soup, Chicken "Cacciatore" with Tomato, Mixed Berry Panna Cotta, and Chocolate Yule Log. Now let me show you what we indulged in.
