Christmas & New Year's Eve buffets at Hard Rock Hotel (11 November 2017)

Hard Rock Hotel Penang has put together a whole series of feasts for the Christmas and New Year season. My wife and I joined other members of the print and social media in giving the buffets a test run. This was held at Starz Diner on Friday, 10 November.

When we arrived, the restaurant team was just about done with putting the finishing touches to the wide array of food. Before I show you all the food we feasted on, let me give you the list of buffets that have been arranged by Hard Rock Hotel for the occasion, so that you can start your Christmas and New Year planning early.

Christmas Eve Rock 'N Roll Buffet @ Starz Diner

Selection includes sushi bar, seafood on ice, platters, mains, Asian corner, action station, carving station, dessert and lots of Christmas goodies.
Christmas Lunch Buffet @ Pizzeria

Selection includes a widespread choice of appetizers, carving station, hot spread, pizza station, pasta station, cotton candy station and Christmas goodies.
Christmas Eve 4-Course Dinner @ Hard Rock Café

4-course dinner comprising starter (Mini Arugula Salad), soup (Cream of Lobster Soup)), a choice of main course (Roast Lamb Rack or Roast Turkey Breast or Pan Fried Atlantic Salmon) and dessert (Warm Chocolate Pudding).

New Year's Eve Seafood Buffet @ Pizzeria

A feast for seafood lovers, the selection includes oysters, scallops, Seafood Cioppino Soup, Seafood & Rice "Ala Cacciotore", Italian Bruschetta, Toasted Baguette with sautéed mushrooms, tomato salsa, buffalo mozzarella cheese, eggplant spread, olive tapenade, Fruitti Di Mare Pizza, and more.
