Hard Rock Hotel Penang Guestrooms

During my recent review stay at Hard Rock Hotel Penang, I went on a room tour, to view and photograph the guest rooms at the hotel, in order to be able to show them on this website, for the benefit of would-be guests.

The deco of Hard Rock Hotel Penang's guestrooms can only be described as flamboyant, like something that leaped out of Elton John's dream. The colour purple illuminates each room while hanging above the bed is an optical illusion of a Rock royalty, either John Lennon or Madonna.

Lagoon Deluxe

The Lagoon Deluxe is possibly the only type of hotel guestroom in Penang that features direct access to Hard Rock Hotel Penang's swimming pool, which is the largest free-form swimming pool in northern Malaysia. There are two types of Lagoon Deluxe rooms, those with one king-size bed and those with two single beds. Each room measures 42 sq meters. For more details, read here.

Roxity Kids Suite

Designed for families with Lil' Rockers in tow, the Roxity Kids Suites comprises a bedroom for the grown ups with an attached children's bedroom, complete with toys. These suites measurte 41 sq meters, while some come with courtyard, and has a total area of 53 sq meters. For more details, read here.

Seaview Studio Suite

The Seaview Studio Suite is one of the larger suites at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. It has a cosy corner for guests to curl up with a book. There is a functioning kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave oven and espresso maker. The bathroom is spacious, with a large bathtub. The Seaview Studio Suite measures 53 sq meters.
