The hotel celebrates Penang's Straits Chinese heritage through the extensive employment of Peranakan elements in its decor and Nyonya cuisine at its dining outlets. It opened to the public on 7 December 2024, with its official soft opening scheduled for 28 December 2024.

Then there's the lobby lounge, called Loom & Leafs on the Level 1; and Senses Bar, which is the poolside bar. Both Senses Bar and Loom & Leafs also offer outdoor alfresco dining options.

Iconic Marjorie Hotel offers a wide selection of meeting and event space, with size to match the needs.
