Ixora Hotel's Kampungku Buffet Dinner Preview
My wife and I were so pleased to be invited to attend the launch of the Kampungku Buffet Dinner on 7 May, 2019. On that day, the hotel also invited children from the Rumah Kebajian Taman Bakti to join in the breaking of fast.
There was a lot of food prepared for the buffet. They are arrayed in the main dining hall, occupying a large portion of the hall. The savoury dishes are lined up in two rows. On a food island near the entrance are the desserts, sweet broths and kuih. Keropok and kerabu are arranged on one corner, while at the rear side of the hall is shawarma. Furthermore, there were stalls set up in the outdoor section of the hotel where there was mee goreng, rojak and the highlight of the evening, kambing golek.
We had such a lovely time enjoying all the different food prepared by the chefs of the hotel. Let me show you the food we enjoyed.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
