Taman Melati Jaya (GPS: 5.33159, 100.2842) is a housing estate in Sungai Nibong Kecil, Penang, in Bayan Baru, Penang. Developed by Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad, comprises 138 units of single storey link houses, 16 units of double-storey link houses, and 18 units of double storey shophouses.. The housing estate is bordered by Jalan Tun Dr Awang to the north, Persiaran Mahsuri to the south, SPICE to the west and the Penang International Commercial City to the east.
