Viluxe (GPS: 5.23454, 100.43828) is a gated and guarded residential estate in Batu Kawan, Penang. Being developed in three phases by Aspen Group, it will be the first gated community at Aspen Vision City. The development occupies a 25-acre site between Persiaran Cassia Barat 8 and Central Park Batu Kawan.

Viluxe offers 356 residential units houses. Phase 1 offers 170 units of 2-storey terrace, Phase 2 offers 61 units of 2.5-storey terrace, while Phase 3 offers 111 units of 2.5-storey terrace, 4 units of 2.5-storey semi-detached and 6 units of 3-storey zero-lot bungalows.
